Return and Exchange Policy
Please review the product label prior to opening products. You may return unopened items purchased from Gluconature for any reason within forty-five (45) days of purchase . You will receive a full refund (minus shipping costs).
All returned and exchanged items must be returned to Lumina Plant in good condition in order to issue a refund or credit. A 25% administration fee will be applied to all orders returned to us without a copy of the order, packing/picking slip, or a reference to the order number.
